Instead of cold, steel cages like most veterinary clinics use, our patients are kept in innovative lighted glass enclosures that drastically reduce sound transmission and improve safety.
Our scale is recessed into the concrete, which allows your pet to walk directly onto the scale rather than jump up onto a moving platform.
One of our exam rooms is dedicated to cats only and it is connected to a cat-only ward. This allows us to keep cats and dogs separate which often leads to lower stress in cats.
We utilize technology for online appointment scheduling, text authorizations and invoicing, and streamlined text and email communication. These innovations lead to less time spent waiting in the lobby with your pet.
