This is a fantastic center. From the moment you walk in, you can immediately tell that it’s a caring place. The front staff was welcoming and warm. You don’t feel like a number like so many other places. The center itself is immaculate and bright – and very roomy!! Nothing was overlooked to make you and your pets as comfortable as possible. I think Dr. Dietrich truly has a heart to help your fur family. Everything was explained in real terms which was awesome. I didn’t feel like I was being talked over. And I was able to ask questions without feeling like I was putting him out. That was a big big bonus. This place is a breath of fresh air for sure. I’ve never had this type of red carpet experience with my pets. This is how it should be in my opinion. I’ll be a frequent flyer from now on.
